Projektsteuerung für die Ertüchtigung Brandschutz (uPVA) der S-Bahn-Station FFM Taunusanlage Die Umsetzung der brandschutzseitigen Ertüchtigung betrifft unterschiedliche Gewerke, nachstehend erfolgt eine kurze, jedoch nicht abschließende, Aufzählung, welche die Komplexität näher darlegt: - Erneuerung Elektrotrassen im Bahnsteig, unter der Decke sowie zu den oberen Geschossen - Erneuerung Sicherheitsbeleuchtung (vorgezogene Maßnahme) - Erneuerung Brandmeldeanlagen - Anpassung und Rückbau von Lüftungskanälen, - Bauliche Bildung von neuen Brandabschnitten - Veränderte Steuerung und Nachinstallationen im Bereich der Aufzüge und Fahrtreppen - Einbau Sprachalarmierungsanlage (SAA) - Erneuerung Wegeleitsysteme nebst Piktogrammen und Fluchtwegekennzeichnung - Anpassung Entrauchungsanlagen - Um- und Neuverlegung GA, IT/TK Infrastruktur - Bau von Treppeneinhausungen für die Sicherstellung der Fluchtwege - Trennung Trink- und Löschwasser - Erneuerung Hydrantenanlage - Erneuerung NEAs - Ertüchtigung von Rauchgaslüftern - Nach Erfordernis: Herstellung einer Rauchschürze im Bereich der Treppeneinhausungen (Abhängig von der Entwicklung der Reisendenzahlen) - Beurteilung und Umsetzung des Themas: Druckausgleich in den Trafo- und Mittelspannungsräumen (Störlichtbögen) - Erneuerung der zentralen Lüftungsanlage in der Station (derzeit in Klärung) Als Prämisse ist deshalb die „Realisierung der optimalen Brandschutzmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der Schutzziele und der jeweiligen optimalen besten Kombination aus baulichem, technischem und organisatorischem Brandschutz“ zu verstehen.
