Vorzulegen ist eine Darstellung über die Herangehensweise an die Projektabwicklung inklusive Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen. In diesem Rahmen ist auch die Herangehensweise an das Engineering (Ziffer 3 der LB) abzubilden. Dabei sind sämtliche Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen zur Erreichung und Absicherung hoher Qualitätsstandards anzugeben. Hierzu können insbesondere Audits von Lieferanten, interne Audits, Expediting bei allen Komponenten, gesondert eingesetztes QS-Personal im gesamten Prozess, nachvollziehbare Aufteilung der im eigenen Betrieb und durch Nachunternehmer zu erbringenden Leistungen, angewendete Gefährdungsanalyse und Risikobeurteilung, usw. gehören. Die Angaben werden verbindlicher Angebotsbestandteil.
