Lerende evaluatie pilots startbanen
SZW zoekt een partij, of een combinatie van twee partijen, die een lerende evaluatie kan opzetten rondom de 13 nieuwe pilots startbanen. De evaluatie moet op een dusdanige manier ingericht worden dat gedurende de evaluatie het concept startbanen en de werkzame mechanismes daarvoor nader gedefinieerd, ingevuld en (met evidence) onderbouwd worden. De lerende evaluatie heeft tot hoofddoel: Het verder vullen van de evidence based practice van (de werkzame mechanismen van) het concept startbanen. Mede gebaseerd op ervaringscijfers van de afgelopen jaren en de verwachte toekomstige behoefte, is de omvang van de Opdracht geraamd. De geraamde waarde van de Opdracht bedraagt € 250.000, -- exclusief btw voor de initiële looptijd. Voor de nieuwe pilots (maximaal 14) is een aanvullend budget van € 15.000,- exclusief btw beschikbaar per pilot, derhalve is het totale geschatte budget voor deze opdracht € 460.000,-- exclusief btw over de gehele looptijd van de opdracht, inclusief verlenging.
