Przedmiot zamówienia polega na bieżącym utrzymaniu 50 szt. sygnalizacji świetlnych zarządzanych przez GDDKiA Oddział w Katowicach Rejon w Zawierciu. Prace przy bieżącym utrzymaniu sygnalizacji świetlnych wykonywane będą w trybie „podstawowym” i „awaryjnym” zleceń prac utrzymaniowych. Tryb „podstawowy” zleceń prac utrzymaniowych obejmuje: a) przeglądy i konserwację sygnalizacji świetlnych realizowane w ramach wynagrodzenia ryczałtowego w terminach określonych w OPZ, b) remonty i naprawy uszkodzeń, których skutki nie stwarzają bezpośredniego zagrożenia dla ludzi i mienia w pasie drogowym i jego bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie, realizowane w ramach wynagrodzenia obmiarowego w terminach określonych w zleceniach, o których mowa w §7 projektowanych postanowień umowy (SWZ TOM II). Tryb „awaryjny” zleceń prac utrzymaniowych obejmuje naprawy mające na celu likwidację skutków awarii spowodowanych czynnikami losowymi/zewnętrznymi, zagrażających bezpieczeństwu ludzi i mienia w pasie drogowym i jego bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie.
