Procurement of fitness instructor and training facilities

Two sub-contracts shall be signed. The agreement shall contribute to the Stovner District delivering fitness facilities and a fitness instructor for residents in the district. Sub-contract 1 Group trainings elderly with cognitive decline/dementia. o Two groups per week o Approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes per group · Group trainings for healthy elderly persons. o Three groups per week o Approx. 1 hour per group · The training shall take place in the district ́s premises. There is no training in the common holiday, Christmas holiday, Easter holiday and any other public holidays. Sub-contract 2 Fitness facilities (with exercising apparatuses, cloakrooms etc.), and a fitness instructor for the following users: * Participants from Frisklivssentralen in the district. * Youth (Youth – sport and challenge) There are not group training/introduction courses in the common holiday, Christmas holiday, Easter holiday and any other public holidays. Options - Sub-contract 1 * Several groups of training for elderly people. This may be relevant due to several inhabitants in the district due to the District Reform. Options - Sub-contract 2 * Training facilities/premises for elderly persons * Individual training and individual advice/follow-up of participants in connection with. Frisklivssentralen in the district * Dietary guidelines for participants in connection with: Frisklivssentralen in the district * Fitness facilities and fitness instructor for youth in general in the district. * Training groups and any individual advice/follow-up of women during pregnancy and maternity periods. * Monitored group hour in the evenings. * Digital transfer of information. Privacy is required and the service provider must understand that the data processing agreement requirements. The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy without security. Documentation requirements: The contracting authority will obtain credit appraisal on its own initiative.
