Med Kontrakten udbydes opgaven med rådgivning, planlægning og koordinering af flytninger og rømninger, samt logistik og praktisk assistance. Opgaverne består overordnet af at planlægge, koordinere og føre tilsyn med flytninger og rømninger. Herunder bl.a. dialog med flyttede medarbejdere, planlægning af logistik, inventarregistrering, samt i særlige tilfælde, assistance i forbindelse med opdatering af tegningsmateriale, IT-håndtering, aktivitetsanalyser (herunder opsætning af digitale sensorer), tilsyn ved møbelleverancer og andre relevante opgaver.
