Vrijeme odaziva (dolaska na lokaciju Naručitelja po pripremljenu robu i materijale) se definira kao maksimalno vrijeme od zaprimljenog naloga od strane Naručitelja do trenutka dolaska odabranog ponuditelja na lokaciju na kojoj se preuzima pripremljena roba i materijali. Radno vrijeme za preuzimanje robe i materijala je svaki radni dan od 08,00-16,00 sati. Maksimalno vrijeme odaziva je 24 sata od trenutka prijave korisnika. Naručitelj će ponude bodovati do 10 bodova i to tako da će ponuda s najkraće ponuđenim vremenom odaziva dobiti najveći broj bodova (10), a svaka sljedeća u odnosu na prethodnu razmjerno manji broj bodova.

Troškovnik se popunjava i dostavlja u odgovarajućem formatu, primjerice .xls ili .xlsx formatu. Nije dozvoljena izmjena troškovnika koji je preuzet uz Dokumentaciju o nabavi, već je dozvoljeno samo popunjavanje polja predviđenih za unos podataka.
