Deze aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor auditdiensten, risicomanagement en adviesdiensten op het gebied van financiële reviews en organisatieontwikkeling voor de Kamer van Koophandel (KVK). In deze aanbesteding wordt gebruikgemaakt van de openbare Europese procedure. De opdracht wordt gegund op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (BPKV), waarbij onder meer de gunningscriteria Aanpak, Samenwerking en Draagvlak worden beoordeeld. Daarnaast zijn in de aanbestedingsstukken de geschiktheidseisen en het programma van eisen opgenomen waaraan inschrijvers dienen te voldoen. De volledige beschrijving van de opdracht, de procedure, de voorwaarden en de beoordelingssystematiek is opgenomen in de aanbestedingsstukken. Hierin is tevens uiteengezet op welke wijze inschrijvers kunnen deelnemen aan deze aanbesteding en hoe en binnen welke termijnen vragen kunnen worden gesteld via de Nota van Inlichtingen. KVK nodigt geïnteresseerde partijen van harte uit om een inschrijving in te dienen.
