Das Studierendenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz beabsichtigt seine IT-Infrastruktur in ein privates Rechenzentrum als „Private Cloud“-Lösung auszulagern. Weiterhin soll der IT-Betrieb durch Managed Services sichergestellt werden. Dies dient dem Ziel, die Systemverfügbarkeit und somit einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf zu gewährleisten und die Mitarbeiter der IT-Abteilung des Auftraggebers zu entlasten. Das Studierendenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz betreibt am Standort Regensburg, Albertus-Magnus-Str., seine IT-Infrastruktur. Die Server sind im Maschinenraum des Rechenzentrums der Universität Regensburg untergebracht. Der Zugang zum Internet wird über eine Glasfaserstrecke der Stadtwerke Regensburg (R-KOM GmbH) bereitgestellt. Die Bandbreite ist 1G symmetrisch. Weiterhin bestehen VPN-Verbindungen zu den übrigen Standorten des Studierendenwerkes in Passau, Landshut, Deggendorf, Straubing, Cham und Pfarrkirchen, sowie weitere Verbindungen zu einzelnen Büroräumen in den Studierendenwohnanlagen. Darüber hinaus sind mobile und Homeoffice-User über Software-VPN angebunden. Folgende Leistungen sind durch den Aufragnehmer zu erbringen: - Managed Infrastructure für die Private Cloud - Managed Firewall und VPN für die Internet-Anbindung - Managed Services für den IT-Betrieb - Managed Endpoint Protection - Managed Exchange - Managed Backup - Transition und Projektmanagement - Migration zum Rechenzentrum des Auftragnehmers - Wartung und Service Level Vereinbarungen - Bericht- und Meldewesen
