Възложителят класира участниците, въз основа на Общата цена от ценовото предложение. Същата се формира като сума от произведенията на прогнозните количества и съответните единични цени, предложени от участниците. Общата цена служи само и единствено за целите на оценката на офертите и класирането на участниците, въз основа на прогнозираните от възложителя количества. Договорът ще се сключи по единични цени. Офертите на участниците се класират във възходящ ред. На първо място се класира участникът с най-ниска предлагана обща цена. За срока на договора възложителят ще заплаща реално изпълнените доставки за съответната заявка по единичните цени от ценовото предложение от офертата на участника, избран за изпълнител на обществената поръчка.

Поръчката предвижда доставка за период от 24 месеца, на инертни материали (пясък, чакъл, трошен камък-различни фракции), с определено прогнозно количество, както следва: • Пясък – 25 м3; • Чакъл – 50 м3; • Трошен камък, различни фракции – 500 м3. Посочените количества инертни материали за доставка са ориентировъчни. Възложителят ще заявява чрез поръчки за доставка необходимите количества от съответните материали, съобразно необходимостта на дружеството към момента на изпращане на поръчката за доставка.
