Nabídky budou hodnoceny ve smyslu § 114 odst. 1 ZZVZ podle jejich ekonomické výhodnosti, která bude hodnocena na základě nejnižší nabídkové ceny. Hodnocena bude celková nabídková cena v Kč bez DPH stanovená účastníkem zadávacího řízení v souladu s bodem 4 zadávací dokumentace za celý rozsah plnění předmětu veřejné zakázky. Za ekonomicky nejvýhodnější bude považována nabídka obsahující nejnižší celkovou nabídkovou cenu v Kč bez DPH. Účastník zadávacího řízení není oprávněn svou nabídku (zejména údaje, které budou předmětem hodnocení) jakkoliv podmínit. Podmínění nebo uvedení několika rozdílných hodnot, které jsou předmětem hodnocení, může být důvodem pro vyloučení účastníka zadávacího řízení. V případě rovnosti celkové nabídkové ceny dvou a více účastníků zadávacího řízení rozhodne o pořadí nabídek los. Termín a místo konání oznámí zadavatel všem účastníkům zadávacího řízení, jejichž nabídky budou rovností dotčeny, s dostatečným předstihem.

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je pořizování videokonferenčního vybavení pro kanceláře managementu a jednací místnosti MPSV. Plnění se bude skládat z technických prvků pro vedení videokonferenčních jednání ve třech různých rozsazích složených z řídících jednotek, periférií (kamera, mikrofon, reproduktor) a ovládacích panelů. Podrobně je předmět plnění specifikován v příloze B1 zadávací dokumentace – Technická specifikace.
