As Oy:n hallinnoimien alueiden osalta palveluntarjoaja voi halutessaan tehdä erillisen sopimuksen suoraan asunto-osakeyhtiön kanssa. Tilaaja välittää valitun palveluntarjoajan yhteystiedot As Oy:lle tätä varten. Tarjoajan tulee huomioida, että As Oy:n hallinnoimien alueiden mahdollinen sopimus ei kuulu tähän hankintaan eikä sitä tule huomioida tarjottavassa hinnassa.
