Konsistenz der Aufbau-, Ablauf-, Personal- und Abbauplanung (30 %) Insbesondere im Hinblick auf einzuhaltende Fristen bei der Produktion und der Zusammenführung aller Gewerke vor Ort (Logistik), Verpflegungszeiten der Gäste.
