Dynamic purchasing system (DIO) for new furniture for Bergen municipality and collaboration partners This scheme applies to individual purchases of new furniture that costs more than NOK 500,000 (excluding VAT). The limit £500,000 applies for each of these types of furniture: * Office furniture. * Health furniture. * School furniture. * Nursery furniture. Used furniture and single procurements under NOK 500,000 (excluding VAT) are to be purchased through the framework agreements. New suppliers can qualify consecutively for the scheme for the entire period. Only qualified tenderers will have access to the individual competitions that will be published on the scheme.

The tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. Documentation: Documentation: Documentation must not be enclosed for tenderers registered in the Norwegian Register of Units. The contracting authority will check the registration by using the organisation number stated in the tenderer ́s profile in Artifk. Tenderers who are not registered in the above register must present a certificate or confirmation (equivalent company registration certificate) for registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
