Der aktuelle Ist-Zustand der vorhandenen GIS-Umgebung bildet die Grundlage für die Priorisierung und Umsetzung der verbindlichen Basisleistung. Die nachstehenden Tabellen und Beschreibungen dienen der Einordnung der bestehenden technischen und fachlichen Ausgangslage. Bereitstellung der Zielumgebung in einer vom Auftragnehmer betriebenen Hosting-Umgebung innerhalb der EU oder der Schweiz sowie Aufbau einer PostgreSQL-/PostGIS-basierten Datenhaltung mit offener, logisch strukturierter Zielarchitektur. - Bereitstellung OGC-konformer Dienste und einer WebGIS-Lösung mit QGIS im Backend sowie QField für mobile Anwendungen einschließlich Übernahme der priorisierten WebGIS-, Mobile GIS- und Schnittstellenfunktionen, - Sicherstellung von Monitoring, Backup, Dokumentation, Schulung, Support und einer geordneten Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb.
