Beszerzés fix része: - a jelenleg meglévő QRadar rendszer (15.000 EPS - esemény per secundum) üzemeltetésének támogatása, valamint a működéséhez szükséges licencek (24 db) követésének és gyártói támogatásnak biztosítása 2026. szeptember 1-től 2029. december 31-ig; - támogatási szolgáltatás biztosítása szerződéskötéstől, de legkorábban 2026. szeptember 1-től 2029. augusztus 31-ig. Opcionális konzultációs keret biztosítása szerződéskötéstől, de legkorábban 2026. szeptember 1-től 2029. augusztus 31-ig összesen 60 nap mennyiségben.
