L'opération comprendra : un ensemble immobilier de 2 bâtiments en R+5 + attique avec une architecture adaptée à la localisation. Cet ensemble accueillera une résidence dite Vill'Age (à destination de personnes seniors) de 53 logements sociaux pour une surface de plancher d'environ 2800 m². L'ensemble sera élevé sur un niveau de sous-sol d'environ 20 places. L'opération respectera la RE2020, elle bénéficiera d'un label NF Habitat HQE ou BEE+ et répondra au référentiel Grand Lyon Habitat Durable. Enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux : 5 400 000 euro(s) HT Dates prévisionnelles : démarrage des prestations : 2ème semestre 2026, démarrage des travaux 1er trimestre 2029 Une présentation de l'opération est disponible dans le dossier de consultation (fiche de présentation opération).
