Cena pro vodné a stočné bez DPH v 1. roce provozování (Kč/m3),
Referenční hodnota (RH) výkonového ukazatele PVz5 dle popisu uvedeném v příloze č. 6 návrhu koncesní smlouvy. RH představuje procento z celkové délky vodovodních řadů (bez přivaděčů a vodovodních přípojek), kde má být provedena preventivní kontrola úniků na vodovodní síti. Dodavatel může nabídnout referenční hodnotu tohoto ukazatele v maximální výši 7 % a minimální výši 4 % dle podmínek uvedených v bodě 7.2. Zadávací dokumentace.
Referenční hodnota (RH) výkonového ukazatele OVz5 dle popisu uvedeném v příloze č. 6 návrhu koncesní smlouvy. RH představuje procento z celkové délky gravitační stokové sítě, kde má být provedeno čištění. Dodavatel může nabídnout referenční hodnotu tohoto ukazatele v maximální výši 7 % a minimální výši 5 % dle podmínek uvedených v bodě 7.2. Zadávací dokumentace.

Předmětem veřejné zakázky v koncesním řízení jsou služby (koncese), zajišťující bezpečné a plynulé provozování vodohospodářského majetku zadavatele, města Trhové Sviny, v období od 1.1.2027 do 31.12.2036, a to v souladu s národními právními předpisy, zejména zákonem č. 274/2001 Sb., o vodovodech a kanalizacích pro veřejnou potřebu a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Provozování vodohospodářského majetku, tj. vodovodů a kanalizací pro veřejnou potřebu, bude zajištěno v oddílném provozním modelu na základě koncesní smlouvy, uzavřené s vybraným dodavatelem v tomto koncesním řízení.
