Vom Leistungsspektrum des abzuschließenden Rahmenvertrags umfasst sind folgende fünf Leistungsbereiche: - Umstieg in die Microsoft Azure Cloud, - Etablierung eines Portals zur Online-Antragstellung, - Entwicklung neuer Module und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Funktionen, - Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen und - Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung des bestehenden CRM-Systems. Die Laufzeit des Rahmenvertrags soll 48 Monate betragen und mit Zuschlagserteilung beginnen (voraussichtlich Anfang September 2026).
