Es befindet sich zwischen der sog. Schafweide mit öffentlicher Verkehrsfläche und dem Hermann-Heimerich-Ufer (Neckar). Die Zufahrt zur Schule ist nur aus westlicher Richtung von der Schafweide aus möglich. Die Schule ist über Gehwegflächen erreichbar, in Absprache ist die Zufahrt zum Pausenhof möglich. Die Zufahrt ist im Normalfall mittels absenkbarer Pfosten beschränkt. Die Zufahrt ist nach Absprache auch für LKW möglich.
