Gegenstand der Beauftragung ist die Vorbereitung, Durchführung der Feldarbeit, Datenaufbereitung und methodische Dokumentation der Kinderbetreuungsstudie (KiBS) in 2027. Die Studie 2027 besteht aus einer Basisvariante, die optional inhaltlich und in der Stichprobe (s. Option A und B) erweitert werden kann. Die Studie kann entsprechend der Beschreibung der Studie 2027 auch optional im Jahr 2028 sowie erneut optional im Jahr 2029 durchgeführt werden. Der Leistungsumfang der Basisvariante umfasst insbesondere: - Stichprobenziehung, - Programmierung der Erhebungsinstrumente (CATI/CAWI) sowie Erstellung des PAPI, - Durchführung von mindestens 9.000 validen Interviews (optional erweiterbar), - Feldsteuerung und Feldkontrolle, - Datenaufbereitung, - Erstellung eines Bruttodatensatzes, - Lieferung eines anonymisierten Enddatensatzes, - Erstellung eines Methodenberichts, - Verwaltung panelbereiter Adressen.
