Критерият за възлагане се прилага за оценка на офертите, които съответстват на предварително обявените от Възложителя условия и са подадени от Участници, за които не са налице обстоятелствата по чл. 54, ал. 1 от ЗОП. Участниците следва да предложат цена за таксата за обслужване при издаване на самолетен билет, която възнамеряват да начисляват при предоставяне на услугата по настоящата обществена поръчка. Участникът, предложил най-нисък размер на тази такса, ще бъде класиран на първо място.

Целта на настоящата обществена поръчка е да бъде избран Изпълнител, който да предостави услуги по осигуряване на самолетни билети за превоз по въздух на пътници и багаж по редовни линии и/или по изключение с нискотарифни компании в България и чужбина. Поръчката се организира с цел логистично обезпечаване на нуждите на Възложителя при командировки, участия в събития, конференции и др. служебни пътувания. Прогнозният брой билети за срока на изпълнение на договора е 200 бр. Броят на билетите е прогнозен и Възложителят си запазва правото да ги намали или надвиши за срока на изпълнение на договора и до размера на максималната прогнозна стойност.
