Les travaux objet du présent lot comprennent la construction des nouveaux ouvrages de génie civil, des fondations, les terrassements et VRD (Voirie et Réseaux Divers). Les travaux pourront comprendre notamment le second oeuvre, les menuiseries, les serrureries. Les principaux ouvrages et bâtiments à construire dans le cadre de cette opération sont une chaufferie GAZ et une chaufferie BIOMASSE avec silos de stockage enterré pour le réseau de chaleur exploité par Dijon Energies. A titre informatif, la volumétrie financière des travaux serait répartie selon les hypothèses suivantes : GROS-OEUVRE : 65% ; VRD/TERRASSEMENT : 20% ; SERRURERIE/CHARPENTE/BARDAGE : 15%. Annexe : Plan de masse et perspective projetée sont disponibles sur la plateforme de dématérialisation.
