Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu errbingenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätzer Auftragswert von 704.272,15 Euro (netto) innerhalb der maximalen Grundlaufzeit von 24 Monaten zzgl. 2-maliger Verlängerung um jeweils 12 Monaten ermittelt. Für den Fall, dass sich die zukünftigen Anforderungen an die strategische Ausrichtung des Auftraggebers ändern, ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, Abrufe mit einem Volumen um 50% bis zum 1,5 fachen des vorgenannten geschätzten Auftragswertes vorzunehmen (nachfolgend auch "Obergrenze" geannt). Somit ergibt sich eine Obergrenzen von 1.056.408,27 Euro netto.
