Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung vollumfänglicher Versicherungsmaklerleistungen für den Auftraggeber. Die Leistung umfasst die strategische Beratung, die regelmäßige Risikoanalyse, die Sicherstellung des Wertgleichgewichts sowie die kontinuierliche Marktanalyse und Versicherungsbeschaffung (inkl. Begleitung von EU-Vergaben). Ein besonderer Leistungsschwerpunkt liegt in der vollständigen Vertragsadministration und einem weitreichenden Schadenmanagement, welches zwingend auch die Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Altschäden (Altfällen) aus der Zeit vor Mandatsbeginn einschließt. Ergänzt wird die Leistung durch ein digitales, DSGVO-konformes Kundenportal. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt bis zu 5 Jahre ( 3 + 2 Vertragsjahre).
