Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je provedení činností dle projektové dokumentace s názvem „Sanační zásah v areálu společnosti VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s.“, zpracované v Ostravě v září 2025 (aktualizace leden 2026) společností BIODEGRADACE s.r.o., která je přílohou č. 3 ZD. Předmětem plnění je realizace opatření a činností nutných k nápravě závadného stavu horninového prostředí a stavebních konstrukcí v areálu společnosti VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s.: V rámci sanace nesaturované zóny budou provedeny následující činnosti: • odtěžení a odvoz kontaminovaných zemin, • sanační monitoring, • odstranění vzniklých odpadů v souladu s platnou legislativou, • rekultivace území po provedené sanaci. V rámci sanace stavebních konstrukcí a bouracích prací budou provedeny následující činnosti: • bourací práce, • sanační monitoring, • separace vzniklých odpadů, • odstranění vzniklých odpadů v souladu s platnou legislativou, • rekultivace území po provedené sanaci. Cílem prací je odstranění kontaminace na úroveň, která již nepředstavuje zdravotní ani ekologická rizika dle shora uvedeného Rozhodnutí ČIŽP.
