Selectie van een bouwkundig aannemer voor de integrale onderwijshuisvestingsopgave in Brakel, bestaande uit renovatie en verduurzaming van twee basisscholen, realisatie van een gymzaal, inpassing van kinderopvang en bijbehorende terrein- en omgevingswerkzaamheden. De opdracht wordt uitgevoerd in bouwteamverband, gevolgd door realisatie. De opdracht betreft de integrale onderwijshuisvestingsopgave in Brakel en omvat zowel de voorbereiding in bouwteamverband als de realisatie van de werkzaamheden. De opgave bestaat uit: - renovatie en verduurzaming van de Willem van Oranjeschool; - renovatie en verduurzaming van de van Dam van Brakelschool; - realisatie van een gymzaal; - inpassing van kinderopvangvoorzieningen; - bijbehorende terrein- en omgevingswerkzaamheden. De opdracht wordt in eerste instantie uitgevoerd in bouwteamverband, gericht op de verdere uitwerking en optimalisatie van het ontwerp, de fasering en de uitvoeringsstrategie. Na afronding van de bouwteamfase wordt beoogd de realisatie van de opgave door dezelfde opdrachtnemer te laten uitvoeren.
