Achiziția produselor a fost solicitata prin Referatul de necesitate si oportunitate nr. 10449/05,06,2026, referat întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, Investitii si ISCIR, din cadrul Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova SA. Cerințele tehnice pentru produsul solicitat sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini nr. 10451/05,06,2026, întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, Investitii si ISCIR, al Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova . Achiziția produsului este necesară pentru sigurarea functionarii fara intrerupere a instalatiei de desulfurare a gazelor arse din procesul tehnologic. Respectarea legislației de mediu impune funcționarea continuă a acestei instalații cu un consum de aproximativ 70 până la 200 tone/zi reactiv tehnologic în funcție de numărul de blocuri energetice aflate în funcționare și încărcarea acestora.
