Die Hundekotbeutel werden benötigt, um die Sauberkeit im öffentlichen Raum der Stadt Zürich zu gewährleisten und Hundehalterinnen sowie Hundehaltern eine sachgerechte Entsorgung von Hundekot zu ermöglichen.
