Обектът на обществената поръчка е „изпълнение на доставки, осъществени чрез покупка…”, по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП, а второстепенният обект е „предоставянето на услуги…“ на основание чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 3 от ЗОП. Настоящата обществена поръчка попада в хипотезите на смесените обществени поръчки, съгласно чл. 11, ал. 1 и ал. 2 от ЗОП, включваща повече от един обект – услуги и доставки, но се възлага като доставка, съобразно предписано от законодателя в чл. 11, ал. 2 от Закона за обществените поръчки.
