- Termen de garantie n - reprezinta termen de garantie prezentat de ofertantul “n” (exprimat in luni calendaristice). Note: 1. Termenul minim de garantie acceptat (sub care oferta va fi declarata neconforma) este de 24 luni calendaristice. Se punctează doar garanţiile mai mari de 24 luni 2. Punctajul maxim de 60 puncte se acorda pentru garantia care are termenul cel mai mare din cele ofertate. 3. Termen maxim de garantie acceptat (peste care oferta nu va fi punctata suplimentar - va primi punctajul maxim) este de 60 luni calendaristice. Pentru garantiile mai mari sau egale cu 60 luni, se acorda un punctaj de maxim 60 puncte. 4. Garantia extinsa se oferteaza in luni intregi
