Das IT-DLZ Saarland beabsichtigt mit diesem Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 11 Abs. 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über maximal 7 Jahre über die Lieferung von Hardware-Netzwerk- und dazugehöriger Management-Komponenten zur Layer-2-Verschlüsselung. Der Auftrag beinhaltet neben der Lieferung der Netzwerkkomponenten auch zugehörige Implementierung, Wartung und Supportleistungen durch den Auftragnehmer.
