Hodnocen bude údaj doba pozáručního servisu včetně dostupnosti náhradních dílů v měsících od uplynutí záruční doby. Minimální přípustná doba pozáručního servisu včetně dostupnosti náhradních dílů je 120 měsíců. Maximální přípustná doba pozáručního servisu včetně dostupnosti náhradních dílů je 240 měsíců.
