Jamstvo na komplet autoinjektora protiv živčanih bojnih otrova (od datuma proizvodnje za orginalno tvornički upakiranu i pravilno uskladištenu robu). Minimalno ponuđeno jamstvo je 3 godine sukladno točki 12. tehničkih specifikacija. Ponuditelj se obvezuje da će za vrijeme trajanja jamstva na isporučenu robu, sve opravdane reklamacije Naručitelja otkloniti o svom trošku. Ponuditelj treba dati jamstvo dobavljača i proizvođača za isporučenu robu, putem pisane potvrde kod isporuke.
