Záměrem zadavatele je uzavření smlouvy, na základě, které vybraný účastník na svou odpovědnost a náklady dodá zadavateli po jejím uzavření předmět plnění této zakázky (zboží), kterým je nové zametací vozidlo – Speciální samojízdný pracovní stroj kategorie SS pro údržbu komunikací. Vozidlo bude provozován v místech s omezenou možností manipulace na místních komunikacích v rámci města Pardubic. Jde o omezení, průjezdná šířka, výška, jedná se o komunikace s přilehlou zelení, jednosměrné komunikace s podélným parkovacím stáním atd.
