Le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières inclus dans le présent Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises définit les spécifications des matériaux et produits, les conditions de fabrication et de transport des graves émulsion, bétons bitumineux à l'émulsion et enrobés stockables à l'émulsion destinés à la réalisation de reprofilage ou de réparations localisées sur les routes départementales de la Charente-Maritime. La grave émulsion (GE) et le béton bitumineux à l'émulsion (BBE) sont destinés à être principalement mis en oeuvre au moyen d'un finisseur d'intervention rapide (FIR). L'enrobé stockable à l'émulsion (EE stockable) est destiné au bouchage des nids de poule et aux réparations localisées.
