Naručitelj kao drugi kriterija za odabir ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude određuje trajanje jamstvenog roka za isporučenu robu. Neovisno o ponuđenom jamstvenom roku, na odgovornost za nedostatke robe primjenjuju se odredbe članka 404. u vezi s člancima 406. do 408. Zakona o obveznim odnosima (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22 i 155/23). Minimalno zahtijevano trajanje jamstvenog roka iznosi 24 mjeseca od dana uredne primopredaje robe. Za ponuđeni jamstveni rok od 24 mjeseca ponuditelj ostvaruje 0 bodova.
Ovim kriterijem ocjenjuje se Rok (vrijeme) odaziva na reklamaciju isporučene robe od prijave/poziva ovlaštene osobe Naručitelja. Maksimalan broj bodova koji ponuditelj može ostvariti u okviru ovog kriterija je 20 bodova. Ponude u kojima je iskazan kraći rok, ostvaruju veći broj bodova po ovom kriteriju. Oprema za PRIPREMU vode za RAS sustave 7. Oprema za FITO plankton sobu 8. Oprema za ZOO plankton sobu Predmetna oprema se trži sukladno Troškovniku koji sadrži tehničke specifikacije i čini sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi Troškovnici uključuju dostavu i montažu na adresu Naručitelja. Sva oprema mora biti nova i nekorištena.
