Mit der vorliegenden Submission werden Tiefbauleistungen für das Teilgebiet Altstetten Ost (Tiefbauamt Zürich, TAZ 24145) beschafft. Der Energieverbund Altstetten-Höngg (EVAH) im Gebiet Altstetten Ost wird kontinuierlich erweitert. Als Energiequelle wird die Abwärme des Klärwerks Werdhölzli (KWH) sowie die Abwärme aus der Klärschlammverbrennung (KSV) genutzt. Die Energie wird mittels Fernleitungsnetzen ab der EZ Rautistrasse in den Quartieren verteilt.
