Construction of a 4-storey (including basement) administrative building with usable area approx. 4,800 m², containing a 4-lane shooting range (25 m axis), equipped with water, sewerage, heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, video intercom, radio/TV installations; building security systems (access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, CCTV), structured cabling, backup and guaranteed power supply; and site development on approx. 8,500 m². Zakres robót zamówienia podstawowego obejmuje: 2.1) budowę budynku administracyjno–biurowego: 2.1.1) o powierzchni użytkowej ok. 4 800 m2, 2.1.2) liczbie kondygnacji 4 w tym 1 podziemnej, 2.1.3) w którym, zlokalizowana jest strzelnica kulowa 4 stanowiskowa, o osi strzelania 25 m, 2.1.4) wyposażonym w: 2.1.4.1) instalacje: wodną, kanalizacyjną, centralnego ogrzewania, wentylacji mechanicznej, klimatyzacji, elektryczną, videodomofonową, radiowo telewizyjna, 2.1.4.2) systemy bezpieczeństwa budynków: kontroli dostępu (SKD), sygnalizacji włamania i napadu (SSWiN), sygnalizacji pożaru (SSP), monitoringu wizyjnego (CCTV), 2.1.4.3) sieć strukturalną, 2.1.4.4) system zasilania rezerwowego i gwarantowanego, 2.2) wykonanie zagospodarowania terenu na powierzchni ok. 8 500 m2.
