Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung und endet automatisch nach 24 Monaten. Der Vertrag kann 1-mal um weitere 2 Jahre verlängert werden. Somit kann die Vertragsdauer maximal 4 Jahre betragen. Mit Abschluss dieser Rahmenvereinbarung gehen die AG jedoch noch keinerlei Verpflichtung zu weiteren Bestellungen/Abrufen ein. Erst mit der Platzierung von einzelnen Abrufen gehen die AG eine Abnahmeverpflichtung in Höhe der für den jeweiligen Abruf angefragte Dienstleistung ein. Eine feste Abnahmemenge über die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung wird nicht garantiert. Wird das Vergabevolumen von 2 Mio. EUR vor Ablauf des Vertrages erreicht, so endet dieser frühzeitig mit dem letzten ausschöpfenden Abruf. Der AN erbringt seine Tätigkeiten ausschließlich als reine Dienstleistung. Diese Ausschreibung unterliegt dem Dienstleistungsvertrag und der VOL/B. Die VOB kommt nicht zur Anwendung!
