Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistungen sind die Bauüberwachungsleistungen für die Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (ESTW) des Streckenstellwerkes. Neben diesen Leistungen soll eine Baufachkoordination zu den am Bau beteiligten Gewerken stattfinden. Darüber hinaus soll die Erstellung der Bestandspläne erfolgen, sowie die Aufstellung eines detaillierten Inbetriebnahmekonzepts für jeden Bauzustand.
