El procedimiento de adjudicación seleccionado se ajusta a lo previsto en la LCSP, de Contratos del Sector Público. En concreto, se opta por el procedimiento abierto, por ser el que mejor garantiza los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, transparencia y eficiencia, atendiendo a la naturaleza del contrato, su importe y las circunstancias concurrentes. En particular, se elige el procedimiento abierto, regulado en el artículo 156 LCSP, por permitir la participación de cualquier empresario interesado y garantizar la máxima concurrencia y transparencia en la adjudicación.
