Der Auftraggeber will mit diesem Vergabeverfahren den zukünftigen Dienstleister für die Berufsbekleidungsversorgung im Wege der Mietwäsche mit Leistungsbeginn ab dem 1. Dezember 2026 ermitteln. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die bedarfsgerechte Versorgung des Auftraggebers mit Mietwäsche (überwiegend Berufsbekleidung) nach näherer Maßgabe des Leistungsverzeichnisses (siehe Anlage "Leistungsverzeichnis"). Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Reinigung, Instandhaltung sowie die Abholung und Anlieferung der Mietwäsche durch den Auftragnehmer. Der Auftrag hat eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren. Der Auftraggeber besitzt Verlängerungsoptionen. Er hat das Recht, die Laufzeit des Vertrages zweimal durch eine einseitige Erklärung gegenüber dem Auftragnehmer um jeweils 12 Monate zu verlängern. Die Erklärung bedarf der Schriftform und muss dem Auftragnehmer spätestens sechs Monate vor dem Ende der Vertragslaufzeit zugegangen sein.
