Urakassa on noudatettava jätelain ja asetuksen sekä muun sitä koskevan lainsäädännön lisäksi kuntien jätehuoltomääräyksiä. Tarjoajan edellytetään tutustuneen tarjoamaansa urakka alueeseen.
