L’objet du marché consiste à fournir une offre d'une validité de 6 mois pour l’acquisition d’une balayeuse 5 m³ et d’être en mesure d’assurer le service après-vente de la machine sur toute la durée de son exploitation. L’adjudicateur évaluera deux variantes : - Variante A : Motorisation diesel - Variante B : Motorisation électrique Le soumissionnaire a l’obligation de soumettre une offre pour chacune des deux variantes conformément à ce qui est indiqué dans le chapitre 3.12 des documents d'appel d'offres. L’adjudicateur décidera de la variante retenue avant l’adjudication et n’acquerra qu’une seule variante. L’offre fournie doit répondre aux conditions de participation, aux critères d’aptitude et aux spécifications techniques détaillés dans les documents d’appel d’offres.
