Pyydämme tarjoustanne haravointi- ja puutarhajätteen vastaanottopalveluista punnittuina sekä vastaanottomaksuineen. Punnitusmaksu laskutetaan erillisenä yksikköhintana €/kpl. Tarkempi kuvaus on hankinta-asiakirjoissa. Hankinta ylittää palveluhankintojen EU-kynnysarvon. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on sitoumuksetta n.400 000 € alv 0%. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo sisältää toistaiseksi voimassa olevan optiokauden. Hankintamenettelynä on avoin menettely. Osa-tarjoukset eivät ole sallittu, tarkemmat ohjeet kerrottu hankinta-asiakirjoissa. Tähän hankintaan liittyy puitejärjestelystä sopiminen ja puitejärjestely useampien toimijoiden kanssa. Puitejärjestelyyn otetaan mukaan kaikki tarjouspyynnön ehdot täyttävät tarjoajat. Tämän puitesopimuksen toimintamalli avataan hankinta-asiakirjoissa.
