Norway – Software testing – 20-016 Testing and test management

This is a qualification notice for a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for testing and test management consultancy services, established by AS Vinmonopolet (Norway). Suppliers can apply to be qualified and included in the DPS continuously. The DPS covers multiple CPV codes and has an estimated total value of 5,000,000 NOK. This is not a specific competition but a pre-qualification phase. The DPS duration is 48 months (extended from 2020-2024 to 2028). Only qualified tenderers can participate in future competitions under this DPS.
