Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Klärwerk Bayreuth - Sanierung NKB 1+2

This is a negotiated procedure (with call for competition) for planning services (Ingenieurbauwerke and Technische Ausrüstung) for the renovation of secondary clarifiers 1 and 2 at the Bayreuth wastewater treatment plant. The project involves sequential renovation, estimated total construction cost of ca. EUR 5.70 Mio (gross). Planning services include optional special services and are staged (Lph 1-4 then 5-9). Only one lot. Participation is restricted to candidates meeting strict reference and financial criteria; exactly 3 candidates will be invited to negotiate. Submission deadline is 03 July 2026.
