La consultation a pour objet l'acquisition de matériels pour l'entretien des espaces verts. Ce marché vise à compléter, renouveler ou entretenir, en fonction des besoins, le matériel destiné aux agents de la direction du cadre de vie et de l'environnement du service technique de la commune de Saint-Joseph. La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2124-2, R.2161-3, R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. La présente consultation est composé d'un unique lot. La configuration du matériel rend difficile un allotissement qui soit économiquement favorable à la collectivité et aux différents candidats. Montant : Sans mini / Maximum : 60 000 Euros.
