Le présent marché concerne l'acquisition d'une imprimante 3D pour matériaux cimentaires (béton, mortiers, coulis de ciment) et/ou assimilés (micro béton de terre, géopolymères, argiles, etc.) permettant la réalisation de structures et d'objets dans un volume d'impression de +/- 2,5m³. Le système doit être complet et pourvus de tous les dispositifs nécessaires à la réalisation des impressions : imprimantes, réservoir pour la matière imprimable, dispositif de pompage, tuyauterie de raccordement, buses interchangeables et système de contrôle intégré ou déporté avec les logiciels dédiés. La livraison, l'installation, la mise en service et la formation des utilisateurs sur le site d'utilisation doivent être incluse dans le présent marché. Le descriptif détaillé des prestations attendues : Description de l'imprimante : - Le plateau d'impression doit faire 2,5 m² minimum (environ 2,5m x 1m ou équivalent). - La hauteur d'impression doit être de 1m minimum. - La hauteur de couche d'impression variable de 5mm à 20mm. - La vitesse d'impression variable pouvant atteindre des vitesses de 300 à 400 mm/s (ou plus). - La largeur de couche d'impression variable de 20mm à 100mm. - La précision du dépôt de matière (largeur, longueur, épaisseur) inférieure à 1mm selon les 3 axes. - Les buses d'impression interchangeables. - Un système de pompage intégré ou annexé à l'imprimante avec vitesse d'impression variable incluant un dispositif ou kit de nettoyage. - Un réservoir (en trémie) de 1m³ minimum. - Un écran de contrôle intégré avec la possibilité de connecter une clé usb ou un ordinateur externe avec possibilité d'importation et d'exportation des données. Préciser le format dans l'offre. - Un logiciel permettant la préparation et le découpage des modèles à imprimer. Fonctionnalités de l'imprimante : - La possibilité d'utiliser différents matériaux d'impression : mortiers de ciment ou mortiers de géopolymères ou argiles/micro bétons de terres, etc. Préciser les compatibilités possibles et les incompatibilités potentielles dans l'offre. - La possibilité d'impression avec des matériaux fibrés. Préciser le type de fibres compatibles (synthétiques, métalliques, végétales, autres fibres ...). Mise en service de l'imprimante : - L'installation et la formation de 3 à 4 personnes à l'utilisation de l'imprimante 3D sur le site de La Rochelle Université. - Un certificat de conformité CE.
